My name is Asia and I am passionate about fitness and health for my entire life. I graduated with a degree in physical activity in the Polish Department of Education and Sports. I specialize in Modern Gymnastics Fitness and I hold certificates in mat Pilates, medicine ball, pro fitness school Poland, aquatic trainer (NESTA), and Pilates (AFAA). My approach to personal fitness training is to create a truly personal program that works just for you. Clients come to me for their health, fitness, and personal training. Years of experience in the training and development of clients allow me to get a real knowladge of human body and create an unique, individual training.
Miami Beach Fitness is a training program that I was crafted and prefers to work with. It is a training program in which I create very personal exercising regimens that are uniquely crafted for an individual client.
